Conference Dinner
Dinner Ticket £60.00
The registration fees include access to all conference sessions, lunch and coffee breaks. In addition, you have option to purchase a ticket for the Conference Dinner.
We are delighted to offer delegates the opportunity to come together for a welcome drink and 3-course sit-down meal at Beaumanor Hall in the evening of Tuesday 2nd July.
The stunning Victorian manor house is set amongst 34 acres of idyllic Leicestershire countryside, located a short 15 min drive from the conference venue.
It promises to be a fun and informal evening of celebration and networking. Transport will be provided.
Places are limited and tickets must be purchased to attend.
Payment of Registration Fees
Full payment made by credit/debit card will show on your statement as “Abbey Tours”. Cards accepted are Visa, Visa Debit and MasterCard.
For registrations received using bank transfer option a provisional booking will be held for 5 working days. If payment is not received via bank transfer after this period the registration will be cancelled.

Access to the conference will not be granted unless full payment has been received. On receipt, you will receive a confirmation email with a receipt attached. (Note: Be sure to check your spam/junk folder)

Cancellation Policy
- Notice of cancellation must be sent by email to bacg2024@abbeyuk.com
- For cancellations received on or before Friday, 3 May 2024 a full refund less an administration charge of £50 will be granted
- After this date refunds will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee
- No‐shows will not receive a refund
- Substitutions are welcome
- In the unlikely case that the conference cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organisers’ control or force majeure (such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, acts of law or regulation by foreign Authorities, epidemic outbreak, sanitary emergency, etc) the Event Organisers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as transportation and accommodation costs, or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage. Conference registrations fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred or alternative arrangements offered to delegates.

Liability Waiver
The safety and well-being of our attendees is our top priority. The BACG 2024 Organisers and Loughborough University are committed to providing a safe environment for the event and will make every reasonable effort to do so. However, as an attendee, you must fully understand and knowingly, voluntarily and irrevocably assume all risk related to entry into, and presence in, at and around the event venue(s), which may include an increased risk of exposure to communicable diseases. As an attendee, you hereby accept personal responsibility for your voluntary participation in the event and assume all responsibility of claims and potential claims relating to any risks and hazards of attendance.
It is recommended that you arrange your own travel insurance.
